The Police and Crime Commissioner elections; not tomorrow, but the next day

Yes, just two days to go and you’ll be able to vote for the man or woman who’s going to be responsible for the local policing and crime plan in your police force area.  They’ll also be responsible for setting the police budget at a time of diminishing resources.

Once the elections are over I shall do my best to list the successful candidates in the Reference section of this website and as the PCC’s contact details become available so too will they appear in the list.

This is all going to be dead interesting; I can’t wait for the results.  If I recall correctly Gotham City had a Police Commissioner called Gordon and a Chief of Police called O’Hara.  They seemed to get on well....
