We are now sending our Newsletters out to several hundred subscribers, many of whom are police crime prevention staff. We have noticed that some of them are not getting opened and in the last couple of days since Newsletter Number 3 was issued we’ve had several emails from police recipients saying that they’ve not received it even though they’ve subscribed.
Having checked our end we can confirm that they are all being delivered. So, for the police recipients in particular, can we please urge you to first check your spam boxes to see if the Newsletter (which comes to you via ‘Mailchimp’) has wound up there and if it has please change your settings. If you still can’t find it please contact your police IT people as they may be blocking them and need to know that you don’t want them to do that.
