It’s not too late to have your say about crime and anti-social behaviour by contributing to the

Safer Reading Partnership’s first-ever cross- borough crime survey.

All residents are being encouraged to take part in the survey – available now as both paper copies and online.

All feedback will be analysed over the summer, broken down into area-by-area data and then fed back to the local Neighbourhood Action Groups (NAG’s). Local residents can then discuss their top three priorities and talk about possible solutions.

In the past this type of survey was carried out directly by the NAG groups. By conducting a cross-borough survey, it is anticipated that more people will be aware of the opportunity to have their say.

It takes a few minutes to fill in the survey. Paper copies are available at the Civic Centre and in all libraries. Residents’ priorities can also be submitted online by following the link to the Reading Neighbourhood Action Group Survey 2013 (opens new window)

The survey runs until 31 July.

NAG'S consist of members from the police, local authorities, and representatives from the community who work together to tackle to take action on each specific issue.
