What are your last minute preparations for Christmas?
Judging by the 17 people who are currently on The Crime Prevention Website (as I write this little piece) it is quite clear that some of you are going away for a couple of days and are wondering what you ought to be doing to keep your homes secure.
I think a quick run through of the Holiday Security Checklist on this website (which you can print off) is going to give you the best ideas and you’ve still got most of tomorrow morning to sort things out!
So have a quick peek at the list, but above all make sure everything is locked up, make your place appear occupied and let your trusted neighbour(s) know that you’ll be away.
It’s not too late and you know it makes sense!
