Neighbourhood renewal in Detroit

Thanks to Gary Cordner of Modern Policing for pointing me to this interesting article concerning the renewal of some of Detroit’s neighbourhoods.

As Gordon says, it mentions that community engagement is essential for creating public order, considering that the police department there is still under-staffed.
