Police fit houses with hidden cameras to catch burglars

Ahead of the usual seasonal rise in burglaries during July and August the West Midlands Police have been using ‘Capture Houses’ to arrest burglars.  They’ve installed a variety of equipment into empty homes in Dudley, including CCTV, Motion detectors, GPS trackers and Smartwater to both film the burglar in the act and to provide evidence for prosecutions.
