Safer Internet Day is organised by European network, Insafe, in February each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.
The theme for the day is 'Online rights and responsibilities', when Insafe will encourage users to 'Connect with respect'.
