Bingham Neighbourhood Watch (about 10 miles east of Nottingham) has started to publicize their FREE 5th October Safety Fair to be held between 10AM and 3PM at Bingham Market Place.
In attendance will be representatives from: Age UK; Crimestoppers; 1st Access Locksmiths, Nottinghamshire Police; Sure 24; Vale First Responders; Victim Support; Smartwater and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue. There will also be expert advice for Child Safety and Online Security.
We know just how much hard work goes into organising these events and so we do hope you’ll remember to visit the fair to show your support and, more importantly, to learn something new. Everyone is welcome to this fun day and if there is one thing about it that will be certain it is that whatever question you might want to ask about crime or safety there will be someone on hand to answer it!
Please help promote the day by tweeting and emailing your contacts and if you don’t mind we’re sure they would really appreciate it if you could visit the Bingham Neighbourhood Watch website, print off their event poster (click on ‘Bingham Safety Fair’ on the home page) and pop it in your window. Or you can click here to get the poster.
And there’s more!
There’s a quiz to support the event, which you can download here or from their website. Send your answers in by Saturday 21st September for a chance to win a £20 prize.
Bingham Neighbourhood Watch has been partnering The Crime Prevention Website for well over a year and is one of the largest sources of referrals to the site, so it gives us great pleasure to be able to promote this important event.
Good luck Bingham NHW!
