I am delighted to announce that Hull’s Neighbourhood Network have linked to this site as one of its sources for crime prevention advice for their visitors.
The Neighbourhood Network is a charitable trust, set up by Citysafe and the Community Safety partners. Around 125 groups have joined the Network so far, the smallest group has five members, the biggest has over 700. It’s free to join.
The Network provides an information channel to and from key partners – including Police, Fire Service, the Local Authority – and your neighbourhood. As a member of the Network your group will get regular email news and Neighbourhood Issue reports. Your group will get monthly community safety updates – relating to your ward – telling you what actions have been taken about local priorities; recent news and appeals; and offenders brought to justice. You will be invited to influence the way public services are provided in your area.
This is an excellent site and well worth a visit and you can register your group on their website here at http://neighbourhoodnetworkhull.co.uk/
